How do I place an order?

Simply select your preferred size, add the item to your bag, and proceed to checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive an order confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept?

Kimesca accepts major debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is debited once you place the order.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been packed, we may be able to assist with size changes or address updates. Please contact us immediately. Kimesca can not guarantee the possibility to make changes to an order. 

Shipping & Delivery: 

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by destination. UK orders typically arrive in 2–3 working days. Please visit our shipping page for further details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with full tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges:

What is your return policy?

You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be in perfect condition. Please view Kimesca's full return policy for more information.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

We are unable to process direct exchanges. Should you require a different size, we kindly ask that you return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred size. Please ensure your return meets the conditions listed in our Return Policy before sending it back.

How do I know which size to choose?

A detailed size guide is available on the product page, outlining key body measurements and international size conversions. For additional guidance, we also indicate the size worn by the model, and her height, to help you better visualise the intended fit.

What materials do you use?

Kimesca's "True Kimesca" gown is made using 100% mulberry silk chosen for drape, comfort, and luxury.

How do I care for my Kimesca piece?

Due to the delicate nature of the fabric, we recommend professional dry cleaning only. For a comprehensive guide on the appropriate care methods for your Kimesca gown, please refer to the care label sewn into the garment.

Where are your garments made?

Kimesca partners with a London manufacturer who specialise in British luxury and atelier craftsmanship. Kimesca does both sampling and full production with this team.
