Your Kimesca dress is sent using a tracked courier service.

For pre-orders, please allow an additional week beyond standard shipping.

UK delivery is charged at £3.55 and typically arrives within 2–3 business days, excluding processing time.

For Ireland, delivery is charged at £10.75. Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

For France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg, delivery is charged at £10.75. Orders typically arrive within 4–7 business days.

For Spain, Portugal, Austria, Denmark, and Sweden, delivery is charged at £11.75. Orders typically arrive within 5–9 business days.

For Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Finland, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, Turkey, Cyprus, and Malta, delivery is charged at £14.05. Orders typically arrive within 6–12 business days.

For the United States and Canada, delivery is charged at £16.50. Orders typically arrive within 6–10 business days.

For the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman, delivery is charged at £21.45. Orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days.

All timeframes are not including processing time.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been collected by the courier.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery timeframes refer to transit time only and do not include order preparation.

Customers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

Kimesca is not responsible for delays caused by courier disruption, customs clearance, adverse weather, or any circumstances outside of our control.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

In the rare event of a lost shipment, an investigation will be raised with the courier before compensation or replacement is issued.

If a delivery is refused or not accepted by the recipient, original shipping fees will not be refunded. Any duties, taxes, or return charges incurred as a result will be deducted from the final refund. We strongly encourage you to review your order details carefully before dispatch.
