Your Kimesca dress is sent using a tracked courier service.

UK Delivery
UK shipping is charged at £3.65 and typically arrives within 2–3 business days, excluding processing time.

International Delivery
For international orders, shipping is calculated by destination at checkout. All international orders are sent via tracked delivery.

Estimated International Delivery Timeframes:

• Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg: 3–4 working days

• Other European destinations: 3–5 working days

• Destinations outside Europe: 5–7 working days

All delivery timeframes refer to transit time only and do not include processing time.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been collected by the courier.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. 

Customers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

Kimesca is not responsible for delays caused by courier disruption, customs clearance, adverse weather, or any circumstances outside of our control.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

In the rare event of a lost shipment, an investigation will be raised with the courier before compensation or replacement is issued.

If a delivery is refused or not accepted by the recipient, original shipping fees will not be refunded. Any duties, taxes, or return charges incurred as a result will be deducted from the final refund. We strongly encourage you to review your order details carefully before dispatch.
