Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges, duties, and taxes (where relevant) are added at checkout.

The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order was placed.

By placing the order, you accept the current selling price and your obligation to pay it.

Order Processing & Delivery

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
This confirms receipt of the order but does not constitute acceptance.

Orders are dispatched on business days only. Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed.

Kimesca is not responsible for delays outside of our control, including courier disruption, customs clearance, or adverse weather.

Customers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or additional fees imposed by the destination country.

If a delivery is refused, unclaimed, or not accepted, original shipping fees will not be refunded. Any return charges, duties, or taxes incurred will be deducted from the final refund.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

Faulty Items

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue.

Items damaged due to wear, incorrect care, accident, or misuse are not considered faulty.

Faulty items returned outside of the stated timeframe may not be accepted.
