Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned from the same country it was originally shipped to.

Return postage will be deducted from your final refund amount. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide the return label and instructions by email. Please note that original shipping fees aren’t refundable.

To start the return process, please email us your order number and the reason for the return here.

To be eligible, the garment must be returned in its original condition – unworn, unaltered, and with all tags and packaging fully intact. This includes the return tag and seal, which must remain attached and unbroken. Any garment with the tag and seal removed, tampered with, or reattached will be considered worn and cannot be refunded. Items sent in dust bags must be returned inside the bags, as this is considered part of the product. 

Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, damage, laundering, or scent transfer, including but not limited to: makeup marks, deodorant, perfume, oils, body odour, cigarettes, or any other indication of use.

We recommend trying on garments in a clean, dry environment, away from cosmetics and strong fragrances. Whenever possible, please return items using the original packaging provided with your order.

Kimesca reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions above.

Customers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or additional fees imposed.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected, which may take up to 14 business days.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment, and you will receive a confirmation email. 

Should the item not meet our return requirements, it will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

Exchanges Policy:

We are unable to process direct exchanges. Should you require a different size, we kindly ask that you return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred size. Please ensure your return meets the conditions listed in our Return Policy before sending it back.
